Meet Sarah
Sarah Odess, founder of Catered Consulting, has extensive experience with executives, shaping culture, developing talent, and aligning people strategies with business goals. Sarah has spent the last 15+ years with Fortune 500 companies and has seen how successful companies leverage employee engagement and culture to drive transformation and maximize profits.
With JLL, Advanced Drainage Systems, Rockwell Collins, and The Kellogg Company, Sarah performed roles akin to the Chief of Staff for C-Suite executives across Finance, IT, Sales, and Marketing, building organizational capabilities and supporting and planning leadership transitions.
When not advising clients, Sarah spends time with her two kids, Ross and Alex, and her husband, Todd, in Columbus, OH. They love hosting friends and creating experiences that make people feel special and welcome. Sometimes that means cooking, and sometimes, they cater so that they can maximize the time they have with guests, creating memories for them to carry well beyond the time they spend together.
